Refund Policy

Shot by Sheldon ("Photographer") appreciates your understanding of our payment and cancellation policy.

Payment: Full payment for your photography session is required at the time of booking to secure your date and time. We accept payment preferably through E-Transfer, but Debit/Credit are accepted.

Rebooking: We understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule your photoshoot, we are happy to work with you to find a new mutually agreeable date, free of charge. Please provide at least 2 days notice for rescheduling requests.

Cancellations:

  • Cancellations with Notice: If you cancel your photoshoot at least 12 hours before the scheduled date, we will issue a full refund.

  • Cancellations without Notice (No Show): Unfortunately, if you cancel less than 12 hours of the photoshoot or simply do not show up for your scheduled session ("No Show"), we are only able to offer a partial refund of 50% of the total booking fee.

Please note: This refund policy applies to cancellations initiated by the client. In the rare event that Photographer must cancel the photoshoot due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, weather), we will offer you a full refund, reschedule the shoot for a mutually agreeable date, or provide a comparable replacement photographer.
